Product Manager Job Description

Arabic Computer Systems is seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development and launch of our products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of business processes and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders to shape product strategy and identify priorities and needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement product priorities and improvement recommendations based on a deep understanding of business objectives and market trends.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with product and customer stakeholders to ensure alignment and adherence to corporate governance standards.
  • Monitor product performance and work proactively to improve the product, ensuring alignment with business objectives and strategy.
  • Manage product investment and financial decisions, taking a return on investment approach to increase value while reducing product costs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to define, plan, and deliver product scope of work, applying established delivery methodologies and best practices.
  • Identify and resolve bottlenecks and product challenges to achieve business objectives, including technical and business challenges.
  • Ensure the continuity of inventorying feedback from product beneficiaries and making improvements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in product management or IT project management.
  • Proven track record of launching successful products.
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
