Customer Success Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Customer Success Strategist to join our team at CNTXT. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for driving client success with Google Cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Success Plans: Partner with assigned customers to understand their unique business needs and challenges. Create and execute tailored success plans that drive the adoption, usage, and ROI of Google Cloud solutions.
- Proactive Account Management: Proactively identify opportunities to expand customer use of Google Cloud and recommend relevant solutions. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track customer progress towards their goals.
- Build Strong Customer Relationships: Build strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor and advocate. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Technical, Engineering) to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Identify and Address Customer Challenges: Identify and address customer challenges and roadblocks, providing timely and effective solutions. Proactively engage with customers, gather feedback, and make recommendations for product improvement.
- Stay Up-to-Date on Google Cloud Technologies: Stay up-to-date on the latest Google Cloud technologies and solutions.
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within the technology industry.
- Cloud Computing Knowledge: Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and the value proposition of Google Cloud.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to Build Trust: Ability to build trust and rapport with customers at all levels.
- Results-Oriented: Highly motivated, results-oriented, and a team player.
- Data-Driven: Data-driven with a strong analytical mind.
- Ability to Work Independently: Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
