Key Responsibilities:

  2. Due Diligence and Financial Modeling: Conduct thorough due diligence and financial modeling to support investment recommendations.
  3. Transaction Negotiation and Structuring: Negotiate and structure real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, and financing arrangements.
  4. Asset Management: Oversee the asset management of portfolio properties, including implementing value-enhancement initiatives.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor the performance of individual real estate investments and the overall fund portfolios.
  6. Compliance and Reporting: Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams to ensure all real estate investment activities adhere to regulatory guidelines and provide regular updates and reporting to the Head of Real Estate Investment Funds.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive real estate investment expertise, strong financial acumen, excellent project management skills, and a deep understanding of the regulatory framework governing our investment funds. Arabic language proficiency is a must for this role, and a Bachelor's degree is required. Additionally, the candidate should have at least 6-10 years of experience in a similar role and hold a CME 4 certification.
