  • Efficiently manage your schedule and client communications using the club's systems and protocols.
  • Lead engaging group fitness classes as required, maintaining a dynamic and inclusive environment for participants.
  • Conduct fitness assessments to establish client fitness levels and track progress through regular check-ins and updates to training plans.
  • Provide clients with education on health, nutrition, and lifestyle changes to support their fitness journey and overall well-being.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports on client achievements, challenges, and progress to ensure alignment with departmental objectives.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and productive training environment.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Performance Coach in onboarding new staff members, providing thorough training on SOPs, health and safety, consultation processes, scheduling, and technologies.
  • Pursue ongoing learning and development opportunities, staying current with the latest research and best practices.
  • Participate in team meetings and relevant training sessions as directed by your line manager.
