Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at Halliburton Energy Services. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the SAP process from sales order creation to preparation for delivery and invoicing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure accuracy of job-related requisitions and communicate with service coordinators on sales order accuracy and secure sign-off.
  • Responsible for daily inventory commitment and reconciliation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP order-to-cash issues.
  • Create requisitions as required and support processing and/or transfer of cost to sales orders or mobile business units (MBUs).
  • Create standing maintenance orders to assign sundry item costs to MBUs.
  • May serve as a backup on the quote team for quotation creation.
  • May serve as a backup to service coordinators for sales order creation.
  • May perform scheduling of personnel and equipment in sales orders; report on personnel utilization and equipment, and maintain scheduling boards.
Requirements
  • Typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education and 3 years of experience as a Service Planner I.
  • Must complete the basic intermediate order-to-cash training course.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.
