Job Title:
C4I Software Engineer

Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled C4I Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of six years software development experience in large scale real-time air defense system environments.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform analysis and resolution of software assigned system software and proposed enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain software source code, databases, tools, and interfaces with related systems and system platforms.
  • Carry out software installation in conformance with established processes and procedures as documented by Original Equipment/Software Manufacturers.
  • Update software related documentation.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering, or a related field. You must also have a minimum of six years software development experience in large scale real-time air defense system environments, with at least four years experience in one of the following areas: C4I Application Software and Application Testing, C4I Build Control Software, C4I Telling Software, C4I MPC/Displays Software, or C4I Voice and Radio Control System (VRCS) Software.

Preferred Qualifications:

Prior experience with VAX/VMS, UNIX, LINUX, and VxWorks operating systems, FORTRAN77, C and C++ languages, and real-time telecommunication software and embedded applications is essential. A hardware background in Radar, displays, human-machine interfaces, and communication shall be considered a plus.
