About the Position

We are seeking a highly experienced administrative professional to join our team as a regional office manager. This is a great opportunity to work with a global leader in GIS technology and contribute to the success of our regional offices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day administrative functions of the regional office, including managing office accounting, monitoring purchase requisitions and purchase orders, and handling facilities management.
  2. Staff Development: Supervise and mentor administrative support staff, and manage onboarding and offboarding for all new hires and interns.
  3. Customer Service: Serve as the main point of contact for any questions related to the office, management, and staff, and work with Esri headquarters to ensure proper implementation of corporate policies and procedures.
  4. Event Planning: Schedule and coordinate meetings, trade shows, conferences, and other events, and keep staff informed of office activities and deadlines.

Requirements and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of administrative and/or office management experience, including customer-related and supervisory experience or an equivalent combination thereof.
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of management, staff, and departments.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent computer skills including proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Professional command of English, both written and verbal.
