Job Title: Enterprise Technology Solutions Specialist

Salary: The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

About the Role:

The Consultant shall ensure inclusion of the following responsibilities:

  1. Requirement Gathering: Gather requirements from stakeholders and ensure they align with business objectives.
  2. Requirement Verification: Verify that gathered requirements meet business needs and are feasible to implement.
  3. Process Documentation: Document business processes and systems to ensure clarity and understanding among team members.
  4. SRD/BRD Preparation: Prepare System Requirement Documents (SRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) to outline project scope and objectives.
  5. System Design Services: Conduct system design services, including technical documentation, software integration, and system design.
  6. Technical Analysis and Coordination: Conduct technical analysis of impacted systems and teams, coordinate with architects and developers, and ensure technical alignment with business objectives.
  7. Documentation: Document functional and technical specifications, prepare technical sections in BRDs as required, and maintain accurate records of project progress.
  8. Effort Estimation and Sizing: Coordinate with teams for sizing and effort estimation for changes and ensure accurate resource allocation.
  9. Cross-Team Collaboration: Liaise with business analysts and technical resources, representing the bank's interests, and review prototypes, solution blueprints, and project scope to ensure alignment with business needs.
  10. Requirements Traceability: Establish traceability for all requirements and ensure that changes are properly tracked and documented.
  11. Technical Walkthroughs: Conduct technical walkthroughs with developers to ensure technical feasibility and accuracy.
  12. Application Efficiency Monitoring: Monitor efficiency of applications in assigned business areas and identify opportunities for improvement.
  13. Resolution Management: Control resolution of complex application issues, assist operational readiness, and document interventions and developments for system improvements.
  14. System Integration: Build and integrate information systems to meet the bank's needs and ensure seamless communication between systems.
  15. Research and Continuous Improvement: Research emerging technologies, propose changes, and identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  16. Report Preparation: Assist in preparing accurate and timely reports to meet company standards and provide insights into project progress and outcomes.
  17. Other Duties: Perform additional related duties or assignments as directed by management.

  • Strong Analytical and Communication Skills: Possess excellent analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
  • In-depth Knowledge of Banking Technology: Have in-depth knowledge of banking technology, including systems, processes, and tools.
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Banking Experience: Have relevant banking experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
  • Ability to Define Business Requirements: Be able to define business requirements, identify functional specifications, and establish best practice standards.
  • Proficiency in Conducting Meetings: Possess proficiency in conducting meetings, gathering feedback, and providing professional BRDs and SRDs.
  • Ability to Define Business Solutions: Be able to define business solutions and technical structures to meet business needs.
  • Strong Experience in Business Technology: Have strong experience in Business Technology (BT) application development within a banking environment.
  • Effective Problem-Solving Skills: Possess effective problem-solving skills to address complex technical challenges and ensure seamless project execution.
  • People-Centered Approach: Possess a people-centered approach to work, prioritizing collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect.
