This position plays a crucial role in aligning logistics strategies with Schneider Electric's global supply chain objectives. The ideal candidate will identify and implement opportunities to improve supply chain efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will leverage Schneider Electric's digital technologies to optimize logistics operations. This includes incorporating sustainability principles into logistics planning and execution, reducing environmental impact, and promoting sustainable practices.

In addition, the individual will manage and oversee Schneider Electric's global logistics network, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution centers. They will ensure efficient and reliable movement of products across borders and regions, while coordinating with local logistics teams to ensure compliance with regional regulations and customs requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate supply chain disruptions.

  • Ensure business continuity planning to address potential challenges, such as natural disasters, geopolitical events, or supply chain disruptions.

  • Foster a culture of resilience and adaptability within the logistics team.

  • Prioritize customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Requirements:

  • English language proficiency.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports but requires good teamwork capabilities. The ideal candidate will work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and address customer inquiries.

Schedule and Location:

This is a full-time opportunity supporting the KSA primarily with opportunity to support cluster related countries as well.
