About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team at Rotana Hotel Management Corporation. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies and tactics.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth.
- Develop and maintain effective communication with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless collaboration and information sharing.
- Build strong relationships with clients and colleagues to drive business growth and revenue.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals through effective sales strategies and tactics.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales efforts.
Requirements
- Education and Experience
- Minimum of 2 years of post-graduate work experience in a sales or business development role.
- Relevant degree in sales, marketing, or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented and goal-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
