About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to join our team at ZenHR. As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and expansion in the SME sector.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting potential clients to securing deals, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  2. Business Development: Discover new sales opportunities through networking and creating long-term partnerships, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
  3. Client Relationship Building: Build strong client relationships through regular engagement and face-to-face meetings, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Market Engagement: Manage industry events and user groups to generate market interest and establish ZenHR as a thought leader in the HRMS industry.
  5. Account Planning: Engage with customers at every level of the sales cycle, from account planning to deal development and close of business, ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs.
  6. Customer Service: Respond to complaints and resolve issues, aiming to deliver exceptional customer contentment and preserve the company's reputation.
  7. Negotiation and Record-Keeping: Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate records of sales, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  8. Business Planning: Design detailed business plans for attaining goals and quotas, driving sales performance and revenue growth.
  9. Presentation and Pitching: Present products and solutions to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition and driving sales conversions.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Proven 1-5 years of experience as an Account Executive or in other sales/customer service roles.
  3. Language Skills: Excellent Arabic and English language skills.
