About the Role

Asterix Communications is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment and installations in good working condition by carrying out necessary repairs and preventive maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform daily inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure all refrigeration and air-conditioning equipment is functioning properly.
  • Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
  • Work closely with the A/C and Refrigeration Technician/Foreman to carry out preventive maintenance and annual maintenance programs.
  • Follow all safety rules and regulations in the job, departmental procedures, and instructions.
  • Carry out other tasks assigned by the supervisor to ensure the smooth operation of the facility.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in air-conditioning or refrigeration installation or maintenance in industrial/commercial projects.
  • Good all-round practical trade skills, including fabrication, installation, and maintenance.
  • Preferable apprentice time service candidate.
Desirable Skills
  • Hotels-Hospitals experience.
