Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Security Management, or a related field.
  2. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in security management in the construction industry in KSA.
  3. Security Management: Proven experience in managing security personnel and teams.
  4. Security Knowledge: Strong knowledge of security systems, access control, and surveillance technologies.
  5. Problem-Solving and Decision-Making: Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  7. Teamwork and Adaptability: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Local Laws and Regulations: Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to security and safety.
  9. Security Certifications: Valid security certifications (e.g., CPP, PSP) are highly desirable.
  10. Stress Management: Ability to handle high-stress situations and respond effectively to emergencies.
  11. Security Software and Tools: Proficiency in using security management software and tools.
  12. Physical Fitness: Physical fitness and the ability to perform security duties, including patrolling and standing for extended periods.
