About the Job

This is a challenging role that requires a highly motivated and experienced sales professional. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor inventory turnover and implement strategies to minimize excess stock.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in business administration and 5+ years of experience in sales within the motorcycle industry. Key skills and qualifications include:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a successful sales team.
  • Strong understanding of motorcycle market trends and customer preferences.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
