Key Responsibilities

  3. Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of warehouse staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their roles effectively.
  4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  5. Communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, and customer service, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  6. Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex problems related to inventory control, quality assurance, and team performance.
Requirements
  1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  2. Experience: 1+ years of experience in inventory control, quality assurance, or a related field.
  3. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Proficient in Microsoft Office products and applications.
  4. Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Experience in a fast-paced environment: Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment, such as a warehouse or distribution center.
