This role involves developing and executing strategies to drive revenue growth, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and representing the company with professionalism and influence. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in consulting or training academies, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and identifying sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth through effective account management.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to identify and pursue sales opportunities.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and negotiate effectively to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Represent the company in client meetings and industry events, maintaining a professional image.
  • Cold calling, lead generation, and proactive sales activities to ensure continued business growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in consulting or training academies.
  • Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • High emotional intelligence to manage and foster client relationships.
  • Persuasive and influential personality to represent the company professionally.

Language Proficiency:

  • Primary: Arabic (Native-fluent)
  • Secondary: English (Average fluency sufficient for client handling)
