Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, preferably Civil stream.
  2. Overall 15+ years of experience and 4+ years at management level in cost control management, preferably within the contracting or construction industry.
  3. Proven track record of managing complex budgets and implementing cost control procedures.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
  5. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
  6. Proficiency in financial software and project management tools, with experience in ERP systems such as Danous, SAP, MS Dynamics 365, or Oracle.
  7. Key task includes implementation of Project View ERP software. Prior experience in ERP software implementation will be an added advantage.
