About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Director to join our team at Merge Recruitment Agency. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial management of our company, ensuring that our financial systems are sound and effective.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Manage and oversee the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws.
  • Lead and manage a team of financial professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, and a Master's degree in Finance or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial management, with a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of financial management and leadership experience in a contracting industry.
  • Strong knowledge of financial systems, including ERP Oracle-based systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
