About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Board & Committee Affairs Specialist to join our team at the Saudi Tourism Authority.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support Board Scheduling: Assist in preparing Board of Directors and Committee schedules, ensuring compliance with Board Charter requirements.
  2. Coordinate Meeting Materials: Support the Secretary in translating decisions into actionable items and preparing periodic reports for the Board Chairman.
  3. Minute Taking and Documentation: Prepare and document meeting minutes and action items, sharing the final version with the Board and Committee Affairs Unit Manager.
  4. Document Management: Record and archive all Board and Committee documents received or sent, using STA classification and indexing methodologies and approved archiving policies and procedures.
  5. Filing and Record Keeping: Maintain a filing system to ensure all Board and Committee Office documents are properly preserved, classified, and accessible by authorized parties.
  6. Meeting Coordination: Support the development and coordination of Board and Committee meetings agendas, meeting materials, and related documents.
  7. Calendar Management: Prepare the Board and Committee meeting yearly calendar, ensuring no conflicts.
  8. Resolution Tracking: Follow up on Board and Committee meeting resolutions and recommendations.
  9. Minute Signing: Ensure that all minutes and resolutions are signed once approved.
  10. Membership Management: Track, maintain, and review Board and Committee memberships, appointments, and remuneration.
  11. Charter Maintenance: Support the Board Secretary in maintaining and reviewing the Board and Committee Charter and related documents.
  12. Membership Affairs: Assist with membership affairs, including travel requirements.
  13. Additional Tasks: Take on any other tasks assigned by the Board Secretary.
  14. Team Support: Support peers across the organization when needed to perform their duties.
Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a related field.

A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
