This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned lawyer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business operations.
Key Responsibilities- Commercial Agreements: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements, contracts, and legal documents.
- Employment Laws: Provide accurate, commercially sound legal advice to stakeholders on various issues, including employment laws.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Dispute Resolution: Manage and oversee litigation and dispute resolution processes, including coordination with external legal counsels.
- Policies and Procedures: Specify and monitor internal governance policies.
- Education: LLB or JD degree; MBA desirable.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified legal counsel in a business environment, with specific experience in a corporate legal position in KSA.
