Senior Business Development Representative

In this critical role, the Senior Sales Account Manager will drive the growth of existing client relationships, fostering a deep understanding of their business needs and delivering exceptional service.
Main Areas of Focus- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, addressing their needs and challenges.
- Account Growth Strategies: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving revenue growth and retention.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives within assigned client accounts.
- Provide regular progress updates and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, securing mutually beneficial terms.
- Coordinate solution delivery with internal teams to meet customer needs and objectives.
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and service improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and share insights with company leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably in the technology or telecommunications sector in the KSA region.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Salesforce a plus.
