Job Description

  • Analyze factors and components of systems to manage interrelationships and facilitate change.
  • Detect inefficiencies or conflicts in systems and processes and help identify effective improvements.
  • Facilitate communications between customers, SMEs, and Technical staff.
  • Participate in various testing functions (i.e. string and acceptance tests) to verify that results are correct.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Demonstrated knowledge of current biometrics technology and policies.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting strategy development.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the Joint Information Environment (JIE) and architectures.
  • Demonstrated experience providing analysis of technologies, processes, tools, and architecture for cybersecurity programs.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in AFIS, Forensic, LiveScan, developing, and implementing Identity Management.
  • Master's Degree in a technical field is preferable.
