About The Role
The Regional Sales Manager TEM will be responsible for overseeing and developing the sales performance of product lines in the EMEA ATEM Business Unit, managing sales activities in indirect TFX countries through local distributors.
This role involves:
- Developing and executing commercial strategies to drive quarterly and yearly revenue growth for EMEA.
- Collaborating in forecasting and business analysis to provide Leadership with the information required within the appropriate timeframes.
- Actively preparing, organizing, and participating in the EMEA Sales Management meetings.
- Analyzing the regional markets and proactively coming up with plans where to focus and invest our resources.
- Maintaining close key customer contacts to continually determine customer needs.
- Developing and maintaining an effective organization through selection and development toward position-specific competencies.
- Participating in the leadership of Business Development projects where required, and constantly seeking out opportunities to drive growth in the responsible regions.
- Collaborating with Marketing, CMA, and Compliance partners with professional societies regarding best practices, emerging technologies, and clinical needs to drive the commercial strategies.
- Liasing with Clinical & Medical Affairs to align on support and resources needed to deliver clinical and education plans to deliver goals, in line with the strategic plans.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, life sciences, or paramedics is preferred, though equivalent work experience will be considered.
Qualifications and Experience Required
- Minimum of five years of progressive sales experience in the health-tech sector is required, with experience in the EMS sector preferred.
- Proven success in multi-level, major account-based sales processes, with experience working with distributors considered an advantage.
- Strong business analysis, forecasting, and strategic planning abilities are essential.
- High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and business analytics tools is required.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English are necessary, with additional languages considered a plus.
- Ability to engage effectively across diverse professional backgrounds and communicate confidently at both business and technical levels is expected.
- Results-driven and proactive mindset is essential, with the ability to inspire through vision and execute action plans effectively.
- High-energy and self-motivated approach is needed to thrive in fast-paced, entrepreneurial environments.
- A valid driver's license is required, along with the willingness to travel extensively.
