The Revenue Cycle Management Manager will oversee our organisation's Revenue Cycle Department, ensuring that all business-related processes are smoothly implemented in line with our mission, vision, and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop short- and long-term goals in collaboration with senior management.
  • Maintain high-quality business centre/RCD activities and ensure efficient execution.
  • Liaise with medical staff and personnel to administer policies and procedures regarding patient flow and resource utilisation.
  • Provide guidance and direction to Revenue Cycle Department staff.
  • Coordinate scheduling, admission, discharge, and financial services for patients within our organisation.
  • Verify, approve, and extend insurance eligibility for outpatient and inpatient services.
  • Process incoming patient referrals from Ministry of Health (MOH), KF Medical City, and other affiliated healthcare organisations.
  • Ensure accurate information collection from patients and correct documentation in our computer system.
  • Supervise and assist Revenue Cycle Department staff concerning admissions, consent forms, patient rights, and confidentiality.
  • Maintain interface with physicians, patients, and administrative staff to provide information and resolve problems.
  • Analyse data for composite reports and special projects.
  • Update Revenue Cycle Department policies and procedures as needed.
  • Maintain and update database related to insurance policy subscribers.
  • Ensure staff treats patients and their families with respect and dignity.
  • Maintain and improve customer service policy to ensure patient satisfaction.
  • Interact professionally with patients/families and provide explanations as necessary.
  • Ensure department documentation meets current standards and policies.
  • Ensure availability of all department resources.
  • Responsible for all personnel actions including hiring, performance appraisals, promotions, and payroll records.
  • Enforce regulatory and compliance requirements (MOH, accreditation, etc.).
  • Responsible for the safety of patient valuables.
