The successful candidate will be responsible for improving processes and managing project changes and trends to ensure that they are aligned with project goals and do not disrupt the project timeline.

This role involves working closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that all changes are appropriately managed and approved according to project procedures and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Improve processes to reduce costs and increase efficiency.
  • Manage all project changes, ensuring that they are documented, assessed, and approved according to project procedures and guidelines.
  • Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure that all changes are implemented effectively and with minimal disruption to project progress.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field. A Master's degree or certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
  • At least 5+ years of experience in project management, engineering, or change control, with a focus on identifying and managing changes in scope, schedule, and cost.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess the potential impacts of changes and trends on project timelines and budgets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate changes, trends, and their implications to stakeholders at all levels.
