Job Description

A Business Architect is responsible for analyzing, understanding, and documenting the information structure, features, functionalities, business processes, and user interface to identify business requirements for an integral and smooth flow.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience in governmental financial systems, including budgeting, invoicing, billing, and other related mandatory financial transactions for any governmental organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and document business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Develop business architecture models, frameworks, and conceptualizations to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement business processes, ensuring seamless integration and data flow.
  • Conduct business requirements gathering, including data flow modeling, and extract data from business flow.
  • Design and architect processes in the organization, including major and support processes, showing relationships, data flow, business rules, and actors.
  • Define data shared across the enterprise and relationships between that data.
  • Develop system architecture models, including 4+1 and C4 models, to support business growth and digital transformation.
  • Model business processes using various tools and techniques, with a focus on BPMN notation.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in business architecture, digital transformation, and technology consulting.
  • Experience in data flow modeling, business architecture, conceptualization, formulating frameworks, and building models.
  • Experience in UI prototyping, defining main fields, sequence of filling data, mandatory and optional fields.
  • Experience in governmental portals and regulations, Saudi IAM, SADAD, Absher integrations, Ministry of Commerce services.
  • Experience in governmental financial transactions analysis and documentation, billing, invoicing, budgeting.
