Sales Support Professional

This position involves assisting in the development of client strategies, supporting deal structuring, and crafting presentations to enhance revenue-generating activities. The ideal candidate will have exposure to project management, a solid understanding of MS packages, and proficiency in English and Arabic.
The role can be performed in a hybrid model, allowing you to balance work from home and office to match your needs and role requirements. This opportunity is part of State Street's Institutional Services function, which delivers comprehensive solutions to clients globally.
As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:
- Create and/or tailor professional sales collateral, including client solution presentations, case studies, and sector-specific themes.
- Assist in deal structuring, preparing documentation for internal deal approvals.
- Participate in deal analysis, including post-mortem reviews to identify areas for improvement throughout the sales lifecycle.
- Support adhoc initiatives and projects related to sales and coverage, including touchpoints for client admin, contracts, and fee schedules.
- Manage prospective client RFPs, Due Diligence requests (DDQs), Requests for Information (RFIs), and other similar requests.
- Provide appropriate management information to support business unit decision making.
