Role in Client Relations

We are looking for a Client Relations Consultant who can develop strong relationships with clients and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in sales of furniture and fixtures in the KSA market.

Key responsibilities include supporting the sales team in achieving individual and team sales and gross margin targets, identifying leads and opportunities, and gathering client-specific knowledge and market requirements.

The Client Relations Consultant will also liaise with operations to ensure accurate capture of installation, service, and other relevant costs.

Essential Skills:
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Added advantage: Arabic communication skills.
  • At least 3 years of sales experience in the furniture and fixtures industry in KSA.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
