Job OverviewThe Sales Account Manager will be responsible for growing market share and driving product penetration rates for Managed Services in the SMB vertical. This role involves selling to prospective clients by highlighting how GBS's innovative managed services solutions satisfy their growing complex technology and communication needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Serve as a focused, performance-driven sales specialist to drive sales of various offerings to the SMB market.
- Self-generate leads through networking, cold calling, premise visits, and industry events, while being mindful of prospects for new opportunities.
- Ability to qualify opportunities independently and in a team format, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Follow the sales plan to meet and exceed sales goals for assigned accounts, working closely with the Head of Managed Services.
- Sell client-centric solutions tailored for the SMB market, focusing on digital transformation and IT services.
- Work in conjunction with the Head of Managed Services to sell the services.
- Maintain all sales databases necessary to report sales activity and client information.
- Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
- Bachelor's / Diploma degree in IT / Electronics / MIS or related fields.
