About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at ADROYTS™️. As a prominent government organization, we are looking for a professional with rich experience in steering complex projects from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Initiation and Planning: Lead the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects, ensuring they align with the organization's strategic goals and business objectives.
  • Project Management: Develop comprehensive project plans that detail timelines, resource allocation, and budgets while optimizing the use of human and financial resources.
  • Risk Management: Effectively manage project risks, issues, and changes using appropriate agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures, and track project performance with suitable tools to meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative work environment while addressing conflicts to maintain a positive project atmosphere.
  • Communication: Create and execute a communication strategy to actively engage stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle, acting as the main point of contact for clients.
  • Project Governance: Establish and maintain project governance frameworks, standards, and best practices, while promoting continuous improvement and innovation in project management processes.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee the delivery of project outputs, ensure acceptance of deliverables, conduct post-project reviews, and ensure all project documentation is completed and stored properly.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of Project Management experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and participating in Government projects.
  • A PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent certification is required.
  • Skilled in project management tools like MS Project, Jira, and Asana.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
  • Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with experience engaging effectively with senior leaders and upper management, both within the organization and externally.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Adept at adapting to changing project dynamics and stakeholder needs.
