The ideal candidate will drive change and unlock value across complex organizations by delivering key transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic advice to support the transformation process across the portfolio, ensuring impactful delivery of key initiatives.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement transformational insights, driving business growth and improvement.
- Work with senior operating partners and executive-level professionals to identify and implement growth and transformation initiatives within the existing portfolio.
- Contribute to the development of a broad investment strategy, working with high-profile organizations across various sectors.
Requirements
- Proven experience in delivering transformation in international corporates, either through top-tier consultancy firms or corporate roles.
- Significant operational experience in delivering transformational support to businesses across sectors.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and credibility to coach and influence senior stakeholders.
- Ability to take accountability for results and influence with sound judgment, credibility, and humility.
- Willingness to be located in Riyadh, full-time.
