Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including project scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery, including technical, business, and operational stakeholders.
  • Manage project risks, issues, and changes, ensuring that they are properly documented and mitigated.
  • Coordinate with procurement, purchasing, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring that they meet the required standards and specifications.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques, and report on progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage project finances, including invoicing, revenue collection, and expense management.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and suppliers, ensuring that their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in a data project management role.
  • Proven track record of successful project delivery, with a strong focus on client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and MS Project.
  • Experience in data project management, with a strong understanding of data-related technologies and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
