Sales Executive

As a Key Account Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the assigned region. You will identify and pursue new business opportunities within the government and private sectors, including hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare facilities.
Collaboration and CommunicationYou will build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders, including government officials, healthcare administrators, and purchasing managers. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Technical Support, and Customer Service, is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Product ExpertiseYou will provide product demonstrations, training, and technical support to customers as needed. Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments is crucial to identify potential risks and opportunities. Regular sales forecasts, reports, and administrative tasks are also required.
Qualifications and Requirements- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Medical Laboratories, Life Sciences, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the molecular diagnostics or healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Strong understanding of molecular diagnostics technology and applications, with excellent communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
