Job Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced Sales Manager to lead our client's sales and distribution strategy across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a sales and distribution strategy to drive business growth and increase market share
- Design and execute account strategic plans to maximize volume and market share from key customers
- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide on-the-job training to ensure excellent sales and distribution representation in the market
- Oversee the distribution of company brands to ensure maximum availability in line with brand strategies and market needs
- Develop and implement national presence promotion programs to achieve highest in-store visibility and sales performance
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a National/Regional Sales Manager position in Saudi Arabia
- Previous sales experience with dry food products with a longer shelf life of 6 months to 1 year
- Exposure to a direct distribution business model and the modern trade channel
- Excellent English and Arabic communication skills
