Senior Operations and Strategy Lead

We are seeking a Real Estate Business Development Executive to join our team in Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for managing key relationships with real estate developers, property owners, and agents, and executing a market access strategy to expand Huspy's presence in KSA.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, with excellent relationship-building skills and a strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution focus. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building key relationships, and driving growth through innovative strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Market Access Strategy – Execute a market access strategy to expand Huspy's presence in KSA.
- Relationship Building – Build key relationships with real estate developers, property owners, and agents.
- Business Development – Identify new business opportunities and drive growth through innovative strategies.
- Operational Leadership – Support in the set-up, oversight, and optimization of Huspy's core operations.
- Business Partnerships – Build and manage relationships with key stakeholders, industry partners, and government bodies.
- Technology & Agent Hub – Drive the localization and optimization of Huspy's technology, ensuring it aligns with market needs.
Requirements:

- Strong relationship builder – Skilled at networking, forming strategic partnerships, and driving collaboration.

- Passion for real estate & technology – Excited about transforming real estate through innovation.
- 5+ years in business development or related roles.
- Proven track record in business development and sales.
- Ability to build and scale teams in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and execution skills with a data-driven approach.
- Deep understanding of the Saudi real estate market is a plus.
- Fluency in English & Arabic language.
