Role Overview:

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, developing talent pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand business needs, source highly skilled IT and cybersecurity professionals, and implement strategic hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Acquisition Strategies: Develop and execute innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract and retain top IT and cybersecurity professionals.
  2. Full Recruitment Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
  3. Hiring Manager Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs.
  4. Multichannel Sourcing: Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, professional networks, and industry events.
  5. Employer Branding: Drive employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  6. Talent Pipeline Development: Maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and future hiring needs.
  7. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback.
  8. Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and market insights to enhance recruitment efforts.

Requirements:

  1. Experience: 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in Saudi Arabia, preferably in the IT or cybersecurity sector.
  2. Hiring Expertise: Proven track record in hiring technical roles, including software engineers, cybersecurity analysts, and IT project managers.
  3. Sourcing Knowledge: Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and talent market trends.
  4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  5. Recruitment Tools: Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  6. Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
  7. Results-Oriented: A proactive and results-driven approach to talent acquisition.
