About the Role

Talent Pal is seeking a highly skilled Associate Product Manager to join our Respiratory team. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for managing the integration of pharmaceutical brands and executing marketing campaigns to optimize customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Engagement: Spend 50% of your time in the field to engage with customers, collect insights, and drive business growth.
  2. Business Development: Unlock business opportunities, demonstrate a growth mindset, and develop 2-4 year business plans.
  3. Collaboration: Work closely with local medical, market access, Omnichannel teams, and sales teams to ensure effective HCP engagement.
  4. Customer Insights: Engage with external experts and key groups to gather deep customer insights and respond to customer needs.
  5. Market Intelligence: Provide regular market and customer insights to inform business decisions.
  6. Operational Planning: Ensure optimal implementation of operational plans and orchestrate activities to ensure end-to-end brand management.
  7. Event Management: Manage local congresses and GSK-led events, both digital and face-to-face.
  8. Campaign Execution: Execute global integrated campaigns flawlessly, customizing them to address customer personas and segments.
  9. Training and Development: Collaborate with Selling Excellence to ensure team readiness and conduct field force training on strategy and product knowledge.
  10. Resource Allocation: Ensure resource allocation is in line with decided priorities.
  11. Access and Compliance: Work closely with cross-functional teams to prepare and execute access plans to ensure timely patient access to GSK's medications.
Requirements
  1. Pharmacist: A pharmacist with valid SHCC is a must.
  2. Industry Experience: 3 or more years of experience in the Saudi Pharma industry.
  3. Track Record: Proven track record of successful performance.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. Communication and Organizational Skills: Demonstrate exceptional communication and organizational skills.
  2. Marketing Experience: Preferred to have 1 or more years of experience in a marketing role or 1 year experience as VAM/SAM/KAM.
  3. Respiratory Experience: Experience in Respiratory is considered a plus.
  4. Master's Degree: Master level degree in Sales and Marketing is considered a plus.
