Job Summary:

Arctech Solar Holding Co., Ltd. is a leading Chinese enterprise expanding its global presence by establishing a new factory in Saudi Arabia to support its 2025 vision of becoming the world's top solar tracking system manufacturer. We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Saudi Arabian Administrative and Facility Supervisor to oversee production and planning during the construction phase of our factory.

About the Role:

The new company in Saudi will be the manufacturing center in the Middle East and Africa to supply this huge market, which has a 50GW volume in the next 5 years. Total 8GW yearly capacity will be planned in this new plant. The whole project includes 3 phases, and it will produce the main structure parts of our tracking system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the production department, including fabrication and punching processes.
  • Plan resources (manpower and equipment) based on sales requirements and manage people resources to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Establish daily quality check routines to ensure the highest quality level and minimize the cost of quality.
  • Set up daily people management routines to ensure the highest efficiency level, even with temporary workers during peak times.
  • Develop constructive proposals for capacity increasing as per business requirements.
  • Collaborate with the maintenance team to keep machines and facilities in good condition.
  • Lead manufacturing workgroups in developing and implementing continuous improvement and LEAN initiatives on safety, work processes, productivity, efficiency, and cost savings.
  • Work with the safety committee and lead all workgroups to drive improvement plans on plant EHS, ensuring compliance with company deliverables, local legislation, and regulations, including risk assessment.
  • Work with the engineering team to support new product and sample development with quick response.
  • Differentiate subordinate performance and determine rewards based on that performance; coach and mentor subordinates for personal and professional development.
  • Other responsibilities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical Engineering or Tooling.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in industrial products and manufacturing industry, with at least 5 years on a managerial level. Metal fabrication is preferred.
  • Good knowledge of Lean, TPM, quality control systems.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong leadership and result-oriented.
  • Logical thinking with strong stress tolerance.
  • Able to facilitate conflict situations and keep supervisors informed appropriately.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent, organized, and self-motivated.
