The Role

As an Operations and Administration Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our operations in Riyadh. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Implementing and managing various operations and logistical functions to drive business efficiency.
  2. Monitoring and maintaining accurate records in CRM/ERP systems, including office equipment maintenance and inventory control.
  3. Developing and implementing organization operations in line with regulatory requirements and company objectives.
  4. Supporting visa operations and maintaining accurate records.
  5. Updating and adhering to company policies and standard operating procedures.
  6. Building and maintaining effective relationships with external stakeholders and government departments.
  7. Staying up-to-date with all government updates and communicating any updates or changes to the management team.
  8. Creating and maintaining basic SOPs and supporting the team with templates and guides.
Ideal Candidate Profile

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within professional services.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact and build credibility across all levels of the organization.
  3. Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  4. Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  5. Goal-driven with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  6. Willingness to undertake 30-60% travel.
  7. Proficient in Arabic and English (read, write, speak, and understand).
  8. Valid KSA driving license and own transportation.
  9. Highly motivated, responsible, and reliable with a proven track record.
  10. Extensive experience in KSA labor, immigration, and company setup regulations.
  11. Familiarity with online government portals for application processes.
  12. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
  13. Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  14. Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work.
  15. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work effectively in a team environment.
