Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-touch, high-visibility post-sales engagements with strategic customers.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Account Management
  • Own key accounts and manage relationships with our largest customers.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for multiple product lines supporting the customer journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with clients, including C-suite, end users, and internal teams across product lines such as Cloud, DevSecOps, Network, and AI security.
Customer Impact
  • Manage customer planning, deployment, adoption, account reviews, and escalations.
  • Develop customized product delivery strategies tailored to the customer's technical environment.
  • Understand customer security priorities and translate them into Success Plans.
Partnership
  • Work with Sales to develop success plans, assess customer health, identify expansion opportunities, and ensure renewals.
  • Coordinate with Post-Sales teams including Professional Services, Customer Success, and Support.
  • Engage with and coordinate delivery efforts across teams, including engineering and professional services.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Specialization in delivering software products and services to strategic customers, with expertise in at least one of the following areas:
  • Cloud Security
  • DevSecOps
  • Network Security
  • Security Operations
Proven track record as a trusted advisor, demonstrating the ability to drive business value and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Expertise in guiding customers through their journey, focusing on value realization, managing escalations, and negotiating resolutions.Ability to thrive in a matrixed, collaborative environment aligned with our core values: Collaboration, Disruption, Execution, Inclusion, and Integrity.
