Your Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Team with day-to-day management of ACM, issue management, and release management.
- Work with various stakeholders including product owners, development teams, and services teams to deliver robust solutions.
- Perform periodic on-call/stand-by support, working non-business hours as required; including daily batch runs and monitoring, intraday monitoring of ACM processes, and maintenance of operational documents.
- Issue Management on a 24/7 basis including troubleshooting errors, documenting findings, filing support tickets, and guiding Client teams in resolution of infrastructure related issues.
- Release Management including installation of ACM solution on client's production environment, applying regular interim fixes, major releases, and client release packages.
Your Skills and Qualifications
- Previous Algo Credit Manager (ACM) experience is highly desired.
- Degree or equivalent, preferably numerate or technical.
- At least 5 years of experience in supporting LIVE production systems preferably banking systems.
- Good hands-on use of Linux.
- Scripting experience (Groovy Script, Java Script, shell).
- Experience with middleware solutions, Kubernetes, and OpenShift.
- Familiarity with database essentials (SQL, installation, sizing, performance).
- Working knowledge of Core Java principles, SQL, Web app server deployment principles, messaging principles or protocols JMS, MQ, REST, and SOAP.
- Ability to address and use initiative to deliver solutions to technical and business problems.
- High degree of initiative and learning to work with complex software products with minimal supervision.
