About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our dynamic team at ALMARAI. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a crucial role in achieving our recruitment goals and contributing to the company's continued success.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist the Recruitment Supervisor in coordinating and administering the recruitment process for assigned divisions, ensuring effective manpower planning, communication, and coordination with internal and external customers and recruitment sources.
  2. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent that meets the divisional requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  4. Manage and maintain accurate records of recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring a positive and professional experience.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  2. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
  5. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused approach.
  6. Saudi nationals are preferred, but not required.
