Your Key Responsibilities:

* Monitor and evaluate analytical results of products to identify any out-of-compliance issues
* Assist in administering the Company's Quality Program to ensure customer and company requirements are met
* Review and develop Process QA & FSMS procedures to maintain compliance
* Regularly review supplier performance using the Vendor Management System
* Conduct quality control checks on all products during receiving, inventory, and outbound
* Assist in troubleshooting product discrepancies and resolving customer complaints
* Conduct environmental analysis, such as warehouse storage temperature, and sanitation chemical analysis
* Participate in the goods hold/release system and conduct tasks in accordance with Good Warehousing Practices
* Assist in customer complaint resolution and communication
* Ensure compliance with all appropriate third-party audits, such as Client and HACCP
* Create and maintain received and dispatched documents, including archival storage and organization
* Respond to Root cause and Corrective Action requests
* Perform other duties as required

What You'll Need:

* Bachelor's Degree in Data Science or a related field
* Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
* HACCP certification Level 3
* ISO 22000 certification
* Excellent communication skills and ability to present information
* Strong organizational skills, including attention to detail and time management
* Strong computer skills and ability to react quickly to changing requirements
* Laboratory Analysis skills
* Ability to read and interpret general business periodicals and technical procedures
