Key Responsibilities

  2. Design Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive UI/UX design strategy that aligns with our brand's goals and objectives.
  3. Design Solutions: Create high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
  4. UI Element Design: Design and develop UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, and widgets for our digital products.
  5. Testing and Quality Assurance: Test and evaluate UI elements such as CTAs, banners, page layouts, page designs, page flows, and target links for landing pages.
  6. Collaboration: Collaborate with our marketing team, internal designers, and external partners to ensure the creation and delivery of tailored experiences for our digital users.
  7. Research and Analysis: Provide advice and guidance on the implementation of UX research methodologies and testing activities to analyze and predict user behavior.
  8. Style Standards: Adhere to style standards on typography and graphic design.
Requirements
  1. Technical Skills: Working knowledge of technologies and software such as Sketch, InVision, Visio, HTML, CSS (SCSS), iOS, Android, Design Systems, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  2. Education and Experience: A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years' UI/UX design experience for digital products or services.
  3. Portfolio: A portfolio of professional UI/UX design work for both web and mobile platforms.
  4. Team Player: A team player with excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
