About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Account Director to join our Corporate Reputation practice in the Middle East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading on some of our biggest mandates and providing strategic counsel to clients on the implementation of their communications programs.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Provide strategic support to private sector and governmental clients across the Middle East.
  2. Build strong relationships with clients and maintain external sector-specific relationships and networks.
  3. Develop and execute communications strategies that drive business results and deliver high-quality work.
  4. Partner with the business manager and resource manager to ensure profitability targets and allocations are being met.
  5. Develop and operationalize Client Development Plans to drive growth and diversification of the business.

Requirements

  1. At least 7 years' experience in an agency environment, with Middle East experience a plus.
  2. Experience in the government sector is a bonus.
  3. Excellent level of written and spoken English, with Arabic writing a plus.
  4. Strong leadership qualities and experience managing a team.
  5. Excellent attention to detail and project management skills.
  6. Ability to collaborate and communicate with multiple internal stakeholders.
  7. Experience managing finances, including budget development, management, resourcing, and forecasting.
