Job Title: Operations Director

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Operations Director to join our team at Pini Group. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Operational Leadership: Lead and manage all aspects of the company's operations, including project management, resource allocation, and workflow optimization to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
* Project Oversight: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of engineering projects, ensuring they meet client specifications, timelines, and budgets.
* Team Management: Manage and mentor a multidisciplinary team of engineers, project managers, and support staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
* Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency across the organization.
* Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
* Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for operations, ensuring cost-effective resource utilization and profitability.
* Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards, maintaining the highest level of service delivery.
* Risk Management: Identify potential risks related to operations and projects and develop and implement mitigation strategies.
* Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
* At least 7-10 years of experience in operations management.
* Strong knowledge of engineering principles, project management methodologies, and industry best practices.
* Proven experience in managing large, multidisciplinary teams and delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
* Proficiency in project management software, ERP systems, and MS Office Suite.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
* Experience working in the Middle East or familiarity with regional regulations and business practices is highly desirable.
