Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Account Manager to join our team at Giza Arabia. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and grow revenue across assigned accounts.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  4. Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity.
  5. Develop and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  6. Participate in bidding decisions and contribute to the development of proposals and presentations.
  7. Stay up-to-date on industry knowledge and best practices through ongoing training and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
