Key Responsibilities:
  1. Assign resources effectively and ensure team members' time is fully utilized, maximizing productivity and efficiency.
  2. Maintain accurate tracking grids for costs, crew times, and deliveries, providing valuable insights for project planning and budgeting.
  3. Create and distribute comprehensive reports on project goals and progress, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  4. Collaborate with the Virtual Production Producer to manage logistics, budgeting, and production changes, ensuring seamless project execution.
  5. Develop and distribute schedules, call sheets, and other production documents, ensuring clear communication and coordination among team members.
  6. Attend meetings and take detailed notes, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  7. Maintain equipment and supplies, and liaise with the global team for hardware needs, ensuring that all necessary resources are available.
  8. Ensure that onsite production needs are met, including production and office supplies to meet crew needs, ensuring a smooth and efficient production process.
  9. Maintain professional relationships across departments for clear communication, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  10. Collaborate with Virtual Production Producers and marketing teams on campaigns, ensuring that all project goals and objectives are met.
  11. Liaise between vendors, crew, and internal teams under producer/supervisor guidance, ensuring that all necessary resources are available and that projects are executed efficiently.
  12. Ensure that deadlines are met according to client requirements, delivering high-quality results and exceeding expectations.
  13. Support communication standards between departments and clients, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
Requirements:
  1. 4 years of project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects.
  2. Understanding of VFX, Realtime, Game Development, or Animation pipeline, with experience in managing virtual production projects.
  3. Strong knowledge of Shotgrid and Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  4. Exceptional planning, negotiating, communicating, and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  5. Knowledge in VFX production technical aspects, with experience in managing virtual production projects.
  6. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility.
  7. Experience with Virtual Production, Realtime, Games, or Animation projects, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
  8. Experience in on-set film production with a basic understanding of set etiquette, traditional departments, and line production, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a virtual production environment.
