Overview of the Role:

The Front Desk Manager will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming atmosphere, ensuring excellent customer service and providing administrative support to employees.

Main Responsibilities

  1. Scheduling appointments and meeting room bookings
  2. Performing data entry, filing, and photocopying tasks
  3. Coordinating office supplies and deliveries

Customer Interaction

  1. Responding to visitor and client queries in a polite and efficient manner
  2. Assisting employees with office facilities or resources inquiries

Security and Compliance

  1. Ensuring visitors sign-in protocols are followed and issuing visitor badges when required
  2. Liaising with security personnel for access control and emergency procedures

Requirements

A High School diploma is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred.

1-2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or related role is necessary. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Technical Skills

  1. Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  2. Knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax machines)
