Job SummaryThe role of Pension Fund Manager involves developing a comprehensive pension management plan that ensures long-term sustainability, optimizes pension asset use, and provides a secure retirement solution for our workforce. - Evaluate and select the most suitable pension funding strategy options, such as defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, hybrid plans, and pension risk transfer.

- Diversify pension funds across different asset classes, manage investment risk, and regularly review and rebalance the investment portfolio.
